Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients
2.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2.5 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt 5 tbsp Butter, unsalted .75 cup Buttermilk
Directions
Whisk together dry ingredients.
Cut in butter.
Add buttermilk until soft dough forms
Knead 5-6 times
Roll to half an inch thick
Cut biscuits
bake on uncreased baking sheet 12-15 minutes
