Ingredients
2.5 tbsp Butter, unsalted6.0 tsp Cumin seed3.0 tbsp Ginger, ground0.25 cup Garlic680.0 Grams Mushrooms, fresh1.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw2.5 cup Tomato Paste1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.5 serving Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz)5.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Directions
Make a paste of garlic, ginger, onion (and green chili if u want- spicy!l To a wok add butter and oil and throw in red chilies and cumin seeds. Once fragrant throw the paste And wait until golden Add tomato paste Add spices like garam masala Add water, then yogurt and mix well (won't curd because water cool everything) Add your chicken and mushroom (this was not in original recipe) Let boil Thats it Serving Size: 1.5 C serving i think
