L.R. slow cooker sauerkraut soup

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups diced potato1 lb. tukey smoked sausage, diced1 quart sauerkraut, rinced and drained1 quart chicken broth or bouillon1 can cream of chicken soup1 small can mushrooms, undrained1 cup cubed cooked chicken2 medium carrots, sliced2 celery ribs, sliced2 T. vinegar2 tsp. dill weed1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients into a large slow cooker. Cook on high for 5-6 hours or until potatoes are tender. Makes 12 1 cup servings.
