2 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) 2.5 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 11 serving Black Pearls Large Black Olives - 4 8 serving Ken's Steakhouse Greek salad dressing
Peel and take the seeds out of 1 large cucumber. Dice in large bite size chunks. Chop 3 small tomatoes into bite size chunks. Large slice/chop 1 small red onion into thin pieces. Drain 1 large can of black olives. Can slice them, I leave whole. Pour on 1 cup of good Greek salad dressing. I like Ken's steakhouse. Gently stir and let sit in fridge to marinate. The longer it sits the better it gets.
