Broccoli Stuffed Acorn Squash

4 small Acorn squash1 bunch of green onions1 bunch of broccoli1 cup of chopped walnuts1 cup of raisins4 tbsps. brown sugarSoy Sauce
Preheat oven to 350*F. Cut squash in half and remove seeds. Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar over each acorn squash half and place in a 9x13 pan. Cover pan with foil, and bake in oven for 30-35 minutes. While squash is baking, saute the broccoli, onions, walnuts and raisins over medium heat.
Remove squash from oven, and stuff with broccoli mixture. Sprinkle soy sauce over vegetable stuffing.
Return squash to oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes, until squash is soft and vegetables are completely cooked.
