Bisquick Melt in your mouth Pancakes

0.50 cup Milk, nonfat 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Baking Powder 1.50 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g 1 cup Bisquick Mix .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
mix milk, egg, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla together, once mixed add everything else
heat up electric griddle, once hot, spray with pam, according to the box use a 1/4 scoop to pour pancake batter onto a hot greased griddle (i use a pampered chef med scoop, so the pancakes are all about the same size)
cook until edges are dry, then flip them over and watch them rise (maybe thats just me), once done, plop them onto a plate
you can spread some butter on the done pancakes, but that was not figured in on the calorie count
