Fried jasmin rice with coconut oil

Ingredients
1 cup Rice Jasmin White (by MLBMACKIE) .25 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, regular (11% fat) .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Directions
1. Heat coconut oil in pan
2. Fried ham, carrots until cooked
3. Put in steamed rice
4. Mixed well, once done season with salt and pepper if prefer
5. Serve with fried egg or Omelet will add neutrition and taste
