Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
250 gram(s) Bread hearty brown(Harvest gold)100gm=3.25 breads aprox 4 serving Whole Peeled Hard Boiled Eggs (1 egg) 25 grams Yogurt, plain, low fat 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 1 tbsp Tahini .25 tsp Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black .35 cup, diced Celery, raw
Directions
Take 4 whole wheat breads and first of all, place washed lettuce leaves as a first layer.
Now place smoked cheddar cheese over it. I highly recommend it because it adds lots of smoky flavour to the sandwich. If you want to use any other cheese go ahead and use it.
Now equally divide egg salad over all four bread slices.
Top this filling with other bread slice and press to set it and trim away the edges.
Cut it diagonally and serve it fresh or pack it for later.
