Gluten Free Chia Granola

Ingredients
208 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 69.33 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 1 cup Currants Dried (.25 cup) (by RCARLIN1) 4 serving Grain-Buckwheat Groat (1/4cup) (by SUGAMAMA1516) 1 cup Pumpkin seeds 8 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 4 tbsp Ginger, ground 4 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 4 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Directions
Mix all of the above and store in glass jar
Measure 2 Tablespoons per serving into a bowl and cover with hot water for 5 minutes
Mix and match ingredients according to your favorites
Add yogurt, fruit or just eat!
