Creamy Shrimp Alfredo

2 serving knorr alfredo pasta side (by AMP88AMP) 10 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 2 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 1 1tsp Olive Oil 16 oz Shrimp, cooked 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
1. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves.
2. Prepare pasta side according to package directions, stirring in the tomatoes and spinach in the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
3. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet and cook shrimp, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink (about 5 minutes).
4. Stir shrimp into hot pasta.
5. Sprinkle with cheese.
Tip: Can substitute 1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into strips) for shrimp. Also, can substitute 10 oz thawed frozen spinach for baby spinach.
Serving Size: Makes 4 one-cup servings
