4.0 cup fresh cauliflour4.0 oz fat free cream cheese8.0 tbsp fat free sour cream1.0 tbsp 4c parmesean1.0 cup mild cheddar cheese
Prehat oven to 350. Prepare and boill cauliflour till tender but not overly done. Drain well and mash leaving some chunks. Mix in cream cheese,sour cream,chives,and parmesean. Spread in casserole dish. Sprikle with cheese and bake for 30-35 min.
