Black Garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
2 serving 1/4 C Rice Wine Vinegar (by BOBBIY) 4 clove Garlic 2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard .125 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tbsp Parsley, dried .25 cup Olive Oil
Directions
By hand, in a food processor, or in a blender, mix all ingredients except olive oil. Slowly whisk in the olive oil. Store in container with a lid. Refrigerated, it should last up to 10 days.
