Ingredients
502 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes 272 grams Mushrooms, fresh 79 grams Olive Oil 48 grams Cider Vinegar 8 grams Garlic powder 7 grams Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 509 gram(s) Spanish Baby Romaine Lettuce
Directions
1- Cut tomatoes (slightly larger than cherry tomatoes) into quarters.
2- Slice the mushrooms.
3- Wash the lettuce and let it dry in the colander.
4- Pour olive oil, cider vinegar into a cup.
5- Add garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to the cup.
6- Whisk vigorously the dressing.
7- Pour dressing over tomatoes and mushrooms, mix well, and refrigerate for half an hour.
8- Pour Tomato/Mushroom mixture over the lettuce, toss and serve.
