340 gram Broccoli Slaw (Presidents Choice) - One bag1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, diced 0.5 large Onions, raw - diced350 grams Cauliflower, cooked 0.15 cup Patak's Madras Sauce
1. Reduce the Cauliflower in food processor to Couscous size. Dice the onion and pepper. Set aside.
2. Spay Pan and roast onion and broccoli slaw. Add the pepper and the cauliflower.
3. Add the Sauce last - about 2 min before veggies are cook to your liking.
