0.5 cup Soy Sauce6.0 tbsp Agave | Wholesome Sweeteners | Organic Blue Agave6.0 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)4.0 tsp Garlic3.0 tsp Ginger Root0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne24.0 oz Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw24.0 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square) Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers)0.15 cup Corn Starch2.0 1tsp Sesame Oil4.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
Put pork, soy, agave, vinegar, garlic, ginger, red pepper and onion into the crock pot on high for 4 to 6 hours.
Remove pork. Shred. Chop scallions. Mix with shredded pork. Heap teaspoon full into wonton. Seal. Pan fry.
Make sauce by adding oil, cornstarch to the drippings in crock pot. Stir until thick. Serve warm.
