Amy's Buttermilk Waffles

Ingredients
1.5 cup Flour, white 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Baking Soda 0.5 tsp Salt 1.5 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 6 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Melt the butter, beat the eggs lightly. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir in the butter, and eggs, stirring until thoroughly mixed (batter will be thick). Pour about 2/3 to 3/4 cup of batter into the middle of a waffle baker. Closed lid and cook 6 or 7 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes about 4-6 waffles
