Ingredients
576 grams Carrots, raw 209 grams Onions, raw 752 grams Potato, raw 525 gram(s) Central Park Deli Cheddar Smokie (175g) 200 gram(s) Selection mild marble cheddar .5 tsp Thyme, ground 5 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Paprika 0.3 cup Canola Oil
Directions
Dice one big onion, slice 7 big carrots, cut in one inch cubes about 750g of potatoes, slice 3 big cheddar smokie, put everything in a big bowl, add the oil and the spices, mix well
PLace on 2 cookie sheets and cook at 425 for 40 minutes (moving things around at half time), then add the grated cheese and cook 5 more minutes.
