Ingredients
1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Great Value Italian Stewed Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano 16 oz 96/4 Ground Beef Drained/Rinsed (~50% less fat) (by GITFITDAD) 1/8 tesp salt1/4 ground pepper1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic1/2 tsp granulated OnionOr instead 1 teaspoon of Lawry's Season salt, mine is less salty because I have added saffron to mine.
Directions
Saute' 1 # of ground round, after it has been browned and rinsed to lower fat,Sprinkle on you favorite seasonings. I saute' green pepper, onion, seasoning. then added the Stewed tomatoes. Choose the flavor that you are in the mood for, Mexican, Italian.
