8 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 cup Leeks 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 1 small Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Directions
cook veggies till browned slightly,add turkey till cooked, then add soy

serve on lettuce
