6 oz Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, cooked, pan-fried 1 tsp Paprika .25 tbsp Ground tumeric (by SUPERSNAZZ) 0.25 tsp adobo goya (by RBOURGETGRAS) 1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 0.25 tsp Ground Cayanne Pepper (by SIRCHRISRR) 1 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium) 2 tsp Bragg's Liquid Amino Acid (by RAVON27)
place cleaned meat in a freezer bag add soy sauce, amino acid and then spices shake leave in bag to marinate for 30 minutes than cook in a sprayed pan. 20 minutes covered turning once. uncover to brown.
