Simple potato salad

Ingredients
Potato, 4 cup diced Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Hellman's Light mayo, 2 tbsp Green Peppers , 1 cup, chopped Salt, 1 dash (to taste)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (to taste)Onion and garlic powder
Directions
Dice potatos, cook in boiling water for 10 - 15 minutes or until cooked, but still firm. Chope onion and bell pepper while potatos are cooking. Drain and cool potatos. Mix in raw onions and bell peppers (and/or celery if you prefer it), dash of salt and a teaspoon of pepper (to taste on both). For interest, toss in a sprinkle or two of hot pepper flakes. Mix and chill for an hour.

    It was pretty good, even though I left out the raw onion and added WAY too much mayo! I also see I forgot the salt and pepper! It was still pretty good though and 3/4 of a cup was more than plenty! - 2/13/09
