Spicy Cabbage Soup Ole

Ingredients
4 oz chayote (half of one chayote squash)4 Organic Celery Hearts Stalks3 cup, chopped Cabbage1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomato1.5 cup chopped Onion 4 Garlic, fresh, raw cloves15 baby carrots raw 28 oz Canned Tomato, Crushed3 cups Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 15 oz can Red Kidney Beans 8 oz of bottled water 0.5 cup cilantro (fresh) 1/3 tsp Cumin (ground) 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, ground 1 tsp Basil 1 tbsp Parsely, raw or 1 tsp dry1/3 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
Directions
Pour chicken broth and crushed tomato in medium stockpot and heat

Wash and chop all vegetables, vegetables that take longer to cook first

Add vegetables to the stock pot in order as above

Stir while heating

Stir in all spices

Add water,bring to boil,stir,cover and let simmer on medium until vegetables are desired tenderness
