pork chops w/mushroom gravy

Ingredients
Combine flour, salt, and garlic powder in a gallon size zip-loc bag, seal, and shake to combine. Add pork chops and shake to coat chops. You may need to add a little extra flour if your chops are large. Heat canola oil in large frying pan, then add chops. Let cook for 10-15 minutes over medium heat, then turn and finish cooking(another 10-15 minutes). Spoon the mushroom soup over all and let heat through. Serve extra gravy over mashed potatoes or roasted red potatoes.
