Ingredients
1.5 cup Brown Rice, medium grain 1 serving 13.5 oz can organic coconut milk (light) (by JAYDUBS) 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.5 tsp Salt
Directions
Rinse rice & drain. Place in a saucepan with water, milk & salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer approx 40min. Remove from heat & stand 10min before serving.
