1.3 cup, sliced Zucchini 8 tbsp almond butter, raw creamy unsalted (trader joes) 4 tbsp Honey 3 serving Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels Chocolate Chips .5 tsp Baking Powder 4 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Literally combine everything except the zucchini and morsels. Blend it
Shred the zucchini, remove excess moisture
Stir zucchini and chips in
Put in greased muffin tins
Add more morsels to the top if you like
Nuke at 375 for like 20 minutes, you'll probably need more than that
