Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 dash Salt1.0 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)1.0 tsp Baking Soda1.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour3.0 serving Ghirardelli Chocolate 60& Bittersweet Chocolate Chips (16 chips 1.5 grams)47.0 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda)
Directions
Mash or blend avocado and splenda brown sugar. I used a nutibullett. Add egg flour salt and soda. Mix well. Blend in chips. Bake at 300 for about 15 mins. Serving Size: Yields 15 cookie drops
