Ingredients
4 serving Manischewitz Egg Matzo (by MRXIPHOID) 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Directions
In a mixing bowl, break the matzah into 1-inch pieces. Bring the water to a boil and pour over the matzah. Quickly toss the matzah, then drain off any excess. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork, Mix the eggs, and add salt and pepper into the matzah. Over high heat, heat the butter and oil in a large saute pan. Add the matzah and fry until crisp. Flip over to fry the other side, breaking into pieces as it cooks. Can be served savory, or with maple syrup or preserves.
