1 cup Silk - Vanilla Soy Milk 1 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt .3333 cup Canola Oil .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .5 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract .1 tbsp almond flavor syrup (by NICMOM24)
Stir in milk & vinegar together then add Oil, water, lemon juice, vanilla, and the almond flavoring.
In a seperate bowl Whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder & salt together.
Stir wet mixture into flour mixture stirring until batter is lump free.
pour into greased and floured 8x8 baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 Minutes.
Add frosting if desired, (not included in nutrition info)
