Ingredients
273 gram(s) Chana Masala 1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp Salt .5 cup Sunflower Oil
Directions
Knead the flour with the chana masala like you would do for your rotis or chapatis. Add salt and spice as per your need while kneading. Make small balls of the kneaded flour and flatten it to make a 4 inch circle and place it on a pan to cook it. Add 1 tsp oil for one parantha. Cook until it is brown. Serve hot with any Indian curry or pickle.
