Fava Mint Lemon Pesto, 1/2 cup (Manresa via Saveur Mag)

Ingredients
2 serving Fresh Fava Beans, 1 cup cooked no salt 3 serving 1 Tbs. chpped fresh mint (by ANEWAY) 3 oz Almond chopped (by NOOMEE2) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Lemon Peel 1 serving Garlic (1 clove) (by AIRAMEI)
Directions
Steam the favas, mash/process until tiny pieces. Process/chop almonds finely. Mince garlic. Add garlic & mint to pestle with lemon peel (zested) and crush with the mortar. Add this back to food processor, add oil & lemon juice, & pulse it until it's well mixed, but not pureed. Serve on crusty bread, toasted pita, or crackers.
