Perfect Flourless Orange Cake

6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges1.25 cup, ground Almonds1.0 tsp Baking Powder60.0 tsp Splenda
Boil the oranges for 2 hrs. Let cool. Cut open, remove seeds and put in blender or food processor until they are a course pulp. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Thoroughly grease a 10" cake pan and line with parchment paper. Beat eggs and Splenda together for @ 10 min until thick and pale, mixing baking powder. Stir in pureed oranges. Gently mix in almond meal. Pour into prepared pan. Bake until small knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 1 hr. Allow cake to cool in the pan. Tap out onto serving plate. Serve with cool whip or ice cream.
