1 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.40 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 1.50 cup Lentils 2 tbsp Maple Syrup 3 cup Vegetable Broth 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1.50 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 0.25 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin 0.50 tbsp worstershire sauce 2 tbsp Olive Oil
sauté onions in oil. after about 10 min, add carrots and diced celery. sauté 5-8 minutes. add salt and pepper to taste. add can of diced tomatoes with liquid, tomato paste, maple syrup, Dijon, worstershire sauce and cumin. Stir and simmer for 10-20 min.
Cook lentils in 3 cups veg broth and 1 cup water. After they are cooked, about 20 min. add to vegetable mixture. Stir and serve.
