0.25 cup Oats, Quaker 2 tbsp Bell Plantation's PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter) with Chocolate 4 oz Blue Diamond Almond Milk Almond Cashew Unsweetened 4 tbsp Collagen Peptides 1 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas
Directions
Using a mason jar, combine milk, PB2 and collagen (or protein powder of choice) using a stick blender. Stir in oats and chia seeds. Refrigerate overnight. Add fruit if desired.
