Ingredients
3 tbsp Flax Seeds, Cold Milled Organic Ground (by CIRCLECR) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Filtered Water (by STELLA-LOVE) .25 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 1 serving Stevia in the Raw .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Stir all ingredients together, and cook in a skillet sprayed with coconut oil. Let cook for 3-4 minutes, or until it can be flipped without breaking apart.
