Ginger Orange Chicken

2 oz spice world squeeze ginger 2 oz light soy sauce 2 oz apple cider vinegar 1 oz orange juice1 Tbs Garlic powder 1 Tbs Crushed Red Pepper 1 tsp canola oil30 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Mix together ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, orange juice and spices.
- Cut three large chicken breasts in half horizontally.
- Heat a non-stick grill pan to medium-high.
- Lightly rub a small amount of canola oil over the surface of the pan with a paper towel.
- Brown chicken for about 3 minutes until grill marks begin to show.
- Brush the top of the chicken with the sauce.
- Turn chicken and do the same on the other side, repeating 2 times, for a total cooking time of about 18 minutes.
