Ingredients
4.0 clove Garlic0.2 cup Flour, white1.0 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)1.0 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated7.0 oz Garofalo's Organic Whole Wheat Spaghetti (1 serving = 2 oz = .8 cups)
Directions
Heat EVOO in skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add flour, cook one minute. Slowly add chicken broth and whisk until smooth or one minute. Slowly add milk and whisk. Simmer for one minute. Add parmesan cheese and cook while whisking until cheese is melted and mixture is thickened. Cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain. Toss with garlic mixture.
