Ingredients
30 gram(s) Israeli Matzah Light Matzah (High Fiber) (by WESCOBAR) 1 tsp (C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp (by MDHARVILLE) .25 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 serving LENTALS organic green raw (1/4 c) (by TTENACITY) 1 serving Annie's Naturals Organic Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp 3 oz Cod (fish) 1 leaf, large Iceberg Lettuce (salad) 1 oz Broccolli .05 cup Snap peas 1 cup Baby Spinah (by HAIRYBAGEL)
Directions
take 1/2 cup lental, mush and then add 1/4 cup spinach, flake the codfish fold into lental and spinach add the mustard, lemon, and water, add 1/2 matzah I used gluten free. make 4 round patties spray a pan place in the pan 350 in an oven for 5 minutes turn over 5 more minutes or until browned enjoy with the veggies.
