16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1.13 oz Green Chiles (Whole) 8 tbsp Pace Chunky Hot Salsa 2 cup Cheese, Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar 1.5 cup El Paso Red Enchilada Sauce (by DGOLDBERG77) 10 serving Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 49g
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brown and drain ground beef
Stir in green chiles (I used diced, not whole) and salsa
Spoon into tortillas, wrap, and place seam side down in glass pan
Pour enchilada sauce on top
Add cheese on top
Heat in oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
Serving Size: Makes 10 servings
