1 serving Tortilla - Tumaro's Multigrain, Low Carb, 60 cal 3 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 inner leaf Romaine Lettuce (salad) .5 serving Carrot, shredded for salad portion (by CHRISP1972) 1 tsp Buffalo Sauce, Frank's Red Hot (by CODSMOM) .5 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 1 tbsp Blue Cheese or Roquefort Cheese Salad Dressing

Cooked chicken ..diced. tos w melted butter, Frank's hot sauce a splash of drop of Worcester. .heat in micro for 1 min. On tomro low carb wrap top w .blue cheese, lettuce, carrot. Add heated sauces chicken. Rollup wrap . Serve
