5 tbsp Fish Sauce 0.25 cup Granulated Sugar 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar1 cup water2 clove Garlic 2 tsp Asian Chili Paste
Mixed fish sauce, water, sugar and vinegar together. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Let it cool completely before mix in chili paste and mint garlic.
