Ingredients
7 serving lamb gravy 200ml (by ANTWAR72) 35 oz Lamb, domestic, leg, whole (shank and sirloin), separable lean only, trimmed to 1/4" fat, choice, cooked, 5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw, cut into bite-sized chunks5 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw, cut into bite-sized chunks0.6 package (10 oz) Peas, frozen 16 tbsp chopped Shallots 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Barley, pearled, raw
Directions
Throw everything into a 6qt crockpot and cook on low 6-8hrs until vegetables are cooked.
