Crunchy Whole-Grain Granola

Ingredients
1 serving Grain-Buckwheat Groat (1/4cup) (by SUGAMAMA1516) 14 gram Quinoa, puffed cereal (by LLWEILER) 5 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 6 serving Better Oats revolution Steel Cut Oats w/flax .3 cup, shredded Coconut, raw 1 tbsp Maple Syrup 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 serving Egg white, large 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Cloves, ground .25 tsp Cardamom, ground
Directions
Mix all ingredients - except the egg white - together until oil and syrup coats grains fully. Beat egg white in a separate bowl until foamy. Fold egg white into mixture. Lay out on a baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. If you want clumps, don't stir, and let sit overnight, undisturbed.
