Crock-Pot Beef Stew

2lbs Beef (cut-beef stew cut is best)Baby Carrots1/4 Cup chopped onions1/4-1/2 Cup Celery - Chopped2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup2 cans water (part of the directions on soup can)8-10 small red potatoes
Using a Crock-Pot pour both can's of Cream of Mushroom Soup into the pot and 2 can's of water (as stated on soup lable). Add onions, celery, and beef. If desired cut potatoes and add to pot. Turn pot on low and let cook all day long. Stir often.
