- Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
Directions
Boneless pork stew meat-20 ozTomato sauce-1 cupOlive oil-1 tblsWater-1/2 to 3/4 cupGarlic powder-1 tsp or to tasteSalt & Pepper-to taste
Pour olive oil in large skillet. Add pork and cook over medium heat until browned. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for at least an hour. This can be left over low heat for a few hours and will result in very tender pork. Adjust the water if you would like your sauce thinner or thicker. Adjust seasonings to suit your taste. Serve in tacos, burritos, over spanish rice or alone.
