Chicken & Red Chile Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 cup Canned Tomatoes 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 6 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning 1 tsp Cumin seed 6.5 serving Sargento Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese Slice, 1 serving = 1 slice 16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 serving(s) Fit & active flatbed
Directions
Mix sauce ingredients in the blender, cook 15 min. Put 1/3 sauce on 9 X 13 pan. Add second 1/3 to chicken. Roll up equal amounts of chicken in wraps. Spread last 1/3 sauce over wraps. Top with second half of the onion and the 1 cup of cheese. Bake @ 375 for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted. Serving Size: Makes 6 Enchiladas
