Ingredients
6.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)1.5 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled)20.0 jumbo Black Olives2.5 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, enriched4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.5 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice1.0 tbsp Parsley, dried2.0 tsp Oregano, ground1.0 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Cook macaroni. Mix all ingredients together. Chill in fridge for at least a half an hour.
