2.25 cup Flour, white1.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar1.0 cup Butter, unsalted0.75 tsp Baking Soda0.5 tsp Salt2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.5 Cups Nestle Butterscotch Morsels
Mix sugar and melted butter in bowl until smooth. Cool to room temp. In separate bowl, sift flour, baking soda and salt. Beat eggs and vanilla into sugar mixture. Add flour to mixture a little at a time. Fold in morsels. Spoon into buttered and floured 9x13 pan, spreading evenly. Bake in 375 preheated oven until light brown edge and toothpick in center removes clean. Remove and let cool slightly, then convert onto rack to cool completely. Cut into 18 squares and serve.
