Ingredients
3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .50 tsp Morton Salt 3 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 2 serving Margarine,BLUEBONNET~1 tbsp.=1serv. .12 cup Flour, white 2 tbsp Parsley .12 tsp Pepper, white 184 gram(s) VELVEETA CHEESE PRODUCT ~2% MILK ~28G OR 1OZ=1SERV.
Directions
1. Peel potatoes and quarter them.
2.THEN MICROWAVE THEM IN A SEPARATE BOWL OF WATER ~SUBMERGED ~FOR 18 MIN. DRAIN.
3.Add water and salt to potatoes and bring to a boil.
4.MASH and add milk.
5.Cut VELEVEETA into cubes and melt in a bowl.
6.Mince parsley.
7.Put bowl of Veleveeta in with the potatoes and ALL other ingredients.
8.Keep stirring until thickened over low heat.
