Caprese salad with spinach and olives

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 4 tbsp Basil 2 serving Spanish Olives w/pimento - 2 Olives 1 cup Spinach, fresh 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Wash and chop the tomatoes, cheese, basil, spinach and olives. Toss with the olive oil.
