Ginger Flavored Egg & Tofu Scramble

Ingredients
6 large Eggs, scrambled1/2 Med. Green Bell Pepper, diced2 tbsp Kroger Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup Tonton Ginger Japanese dressing and marinade (by MGRAY427) 1 pkg. Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, firm (shelf stable)3 oz. Kirkland Signature Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Marinate tofu in ginger dressing for at least 8 hours. Heat oil in skillet. Add tofu & green pepper and combine until tofu starts to color. Add eggs and cheese and scramble until done.
